Tip #27: VISUALIZE Body Awareness

Find a quiet, comfortable place to lie down or sit. What do you feel? Do you feel any tingling or goose bumps? Do places in your body hurt? Just bring your attention to those parts of your body and notice what you feel. Bring your attention especially to any part of your body that seems to be calling you. Sometimes stomachs rumble, or toes tingle, or heads hurt. Just bringing your attention to your body parts helps decrease anxiety and concerns. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to visualize. Your way is the best way!
