See it. Say it. Do it. Process Meditation

I invite you to take the opportunity for a few moments out of your busy schedule to review your past year.

Close your eyes and focus on your breath as you breathe in and out.  Continue breathing…

I invite you to take the opportunity for a few moments out of your busy schedule to “re-view” your past year. Close your eyes and focus on your breath as you breathe in and out. Continue breathing in fresh clean air and exhaling any tension or tightness. Now gently allow your imagination to create a “movie” of your life over this past year. Re-wind your “movie” and watch again from the beginning. Observe all the wonderful events and opportunities that you were able to experience. See all the people and things in your life for which you are grateful—no matter how small or simple. See.. -feel. observe. Review your movie as long as you’d like. When you have completed this, allow your eyes to gently open. You might want to write a few thoughts or insights on a notepad. Consider spending a few moments during this time with your friends & family to:

  • See It! — visualize your special experiences in your life
  • Say It! — declare who you are in your truest self
  • Do It! — take action. Write 2 things down as to what you will do to be and live the life that you have declared.
  • Ta-Dah! — Enjoy your life’s journey and celebrate the transformations in your life.
