Free Activities – Do It! Newsletter Is Now Available

See It. Say It. Do It! Newsletter for May/June is now available.  In the previous email newsletters, you have practiced visualizing and declaring your intentions. Now it is time to Do It!

Do It! Is the action phase of the See It. Say It. Do It! Model. During the visualization process you experienced how to visualize the end result and then work backward.
