Letting Go: The Ongoing Journey

One of Dr. Lynn’s greatest life lessons has been learning how to let go — and that journey continues today. She speaks candidly about releasing old identities, patterns, and limiting beliefs in order to grow into a more authentic and spiritually aligned version of herself.

Inspired by the idea of “breaking the habit of being myself,” she explores how transformation requires courage, community, love, and deep trust in the Divine. Through this process, she continues to release perfectionism, anxiety, worry, and negative self-talk while opening space for hope, joy, and healing.

The Power of Intention, Hope, and Kesher

Dr. Lynn discusses the importance of intentional living and cultivating hope, love, trust in God, and kesher — the Hebrew word for deep, heartfelt connection. These guiding principles continue to shape both her personal life and professional mission.

Her work remains rooted in helping people expand their vision — not only physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.

Expanding Vision and Changing Lives

Throughout her career, Dr. Lynn has been committed to empowering people through keynote speaking, writing and mentoring, podcasting, leading visualization experiences and fFacilitating transformational healing work through RIM. Her passion is helping individuals discover what’s possible in the next chapter of their lives.

What Is RIM? (Regenerating Images in Memory)

As a certified RIM Facilitator, Dr. Lynn explains how the RIM process allows individuals to communicate directly with the subconscious mind to unlock inner healing and transformation.

Her own RIM journey began more than 20 years ago following a diagnosis of a colon tumor, an experience she previously discussed in Podcast Episode #100 here. Through deep personal inner work during certification training, she confronted and released years of fear, perfectionism, and emotional stress.

Since January 2026, she has been working with clients using RIM to help:

  • Improve decision-making
  • Release physical symptoms
  • Process stuck emotions
  • Resolve conflict
  • Neutralize painful memories
  • Restore emotional clarity and peace

As part of her birthday celebration, Dr. Lynn is offering listeners a free RIM session with the simple request that participants donate to a charity meaningful to them.

Supporting Community and Giving Back

Service and connection remain central to Dr. Lynn’s life. She shares how supporting friends, charities, and professional communities continues to inspire her purpose.

In April, she co-presented a lecture at OVDRA alongside Dr. Nancy Torgersen titled: “Practice Growth with Less Stress and More Joy: Pearls From 92 Years of Wisdom.” Together, they reflected on decades of experience, including the challenges of navigating discrimination as women in a traditionally male-dominated profession.

Spiritual Renewal and New Inspiration

Dr. Lynn also reflects on her recent travels to San Miguel de Allende, where she spent meaningful spiritual time reconnecting with herself and deepening her grounding in faith and mindfulness.

She also shares new inspiration from attending meditation retreats and studying the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, particularly around the concept of changing thought patterns and emotional responses.

A key takeaway:

What you focus on persists and increases.

By shifting focus away from fear and toward love, healing, and possibility, Dr. Lynn believes we can transform both our energy and our lives.

Healing Through Energy, Meditation, and Awareness

The conversation explores the growing research around energy healing practices and meditation in supporting conditions such as PTSD, depression and anxiety, chronic illness and emotional trauma. Dr. Lynn discusses the power of interrupting fear-based reactions and consciously replacing them with love, presence, and trust.

The message is simple but profound:

Change your energy, change your life.

Reflection Questions for Your Own Transformation

Listeners are invited to pause and reflect on their own lives:

  • Are you doing what you love and loving what you do?
  • What are you truly passionate about?
  • What are you curious about exploring next?
  • What stories or rules have you been telling yourself that no longer serve you?
  • What would it feel like to release them?
  • What do you want to create moving forward?

Dr. Lynn encourages everyone to look at life through a fresh lens of courage, love, and trust.

The Beginning of Something New

As the episode closes, Dr. Lynn reminds listeners that letting go often creates space for unexpected opportunities and new beginnings.

Quoting Fred Rogers:

Often when you’re at the end of something, you’re at the beginning of something else.

For Dr. Lynn, post-retirement is not an ending — it is the beginning of an exciting new chapter filled with healing, purpose, spirituality, and transformation.
