Tip #10: FIXATION ACCURACY – Quick looks

Practice how to quickly look, focus and stay focused… now switch targets!

Hold two small balls  of different colors about 10 inches apart, about 14-16 inches from your face.

Call out the color of one of the balls.

Look at the one you called and continue looking until you call out the second color. Then look at the second ball.

Repeat the exercise but periodically change the location of one of the balls.

Practice this for your entire visual field. Keep your fixation on the ball without being distracted.

Notice if you anticipate your next target or take several jumps to locate the ball you want to focus on.
