Northeast Visual Processing "Speaking Tour"

April 26-29, 2011- I spoke for Premier Education on Visual Processing & Academics:  New Strategies to Improve Reading, Spelling & Creative Writing Skills.  All 3 seminars (Burlington, VT; Albany, NY; Amhert, NY) were well attended by a mixed group including: special education teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, vision researchers from Taylor & Associates (they make the Visagraph Eye Movement Recording Instrument & Reading Plus Computerized reading fluency program) and Classroom Teachers.  Other than a very “interesting” travel schedule (like flying from Albany to Buffalo via Charlotte, NC), all went well.  Great interaction!  Looking forward to continued collaboration with other professionals who all have the same passion:  Helping kids learn more efficiently so that they can excel in school, sports & confidence!

Off to the mid-west this week for 2 more seminars.
