Dr. Lynn Hellerstein of Vision Beyond Sight speaks with Andy Bayon, founder and Community Director of Earth Tribes, coach, speaker and Earth Steward Leader, to talk about leadership that heals the Earth through inner vision, action and community. What does it really mean to heal our relationship with the Earth? In this episode, Andy explores the idea that there is no separation between humans and the natural world—and that reconnecting with nature begins within. Through stillness and intuition, we uncover how being in action for the planet can be deeply healing.
The conversation weaves together personal stories of courage, including a one-way journey to the Amazon for healing work, reflections on impostor syndrome and perfectionism, and inspiring examples of everyday heroes restoring the Earth and fighting against climate change with limited resources. From mangrove conservation to youth-led creativity and environmental leadership, this episode is a reminder that anyone can make a difference. By embracing imperfection, finding your people, and honoring your inner vision, we’re invited to stand up for what we believe in — and remember why we chose this path in the first place.

About Andy Bayon:
I grew up in southeastern Massachusetts and there developed an affinity with the natural world through a tremendous amount of time outdoors, especially in a conservation area near my childhood home called the “Great Woods.” My 20’s were fueled by adrenaline-filled adventure and travel, my 30’s with corporate burnout and the humbling journey of a new entrepreneur. Now in my 40’s, I am focused on the “Inventure” – shining the light within as the source of true healing, and manifestation of a more connected and harmonious planet.
My mission is to reveal connections between people and planet, inspired by moments of deeply personal remembrance that we are nature; which, as a matter of our own conscious choice, can guide everything from our personal actions to the policies that we stand for to protect and rewild our planet.

The True Nature Trail course (hosted by Earth Tribes)
The True Nature Trail is an 8-week transformational course for purpose-driven leaders committed to a more harmonious and connected human relationship with Earth. Through nature-based practices and inner work, participants cultivate the confidence and clarity to lead authentically while healing anxiety that undermines effectiveness and wellbeing. This is about discovering and connecting to the inner vision of the True Self, which becomes a guiding light for the way forward.
“There are people all over the planet that don’t make the news who are demonstrating the journey of leadership. It showed me that there’s always something we can look at and say, oh boy, this doesn’t look good. Climate change is a great example. But in the people I was able to meet in this experience demonstrating leadership and bringing these innovative ideas to their community and empowering them just showed me that this is the world that we live in as well. To participate in that and tell the stories of the people doing this work just reminds us that whatever we want to do, that inner vision is a gift to follow and it leads us somewhere that we may not know but that is the gift being able to follow that vision and see what happens.” – Andy Bayon
