Avatar – "3-D or Not?"

In just seventeen days the groundbreaking 3D movie, “Avatar” has grossed over a billion dollars worldwide. It seems as though James Cameron’s vision has inspired millions to venture into the theater and don the infamous 3D glasses necessary to appreciate the amazing affects and touching story centered on the futuristic planet known as Pandora.

Ironically, there are those movie goers who will undoubtedly be disappointed by their movie experience. This disappointment will have little to do with the story, the acting, or even the soundtrack; it is the result of their inability to perceive the magnificent 3D affects that bring the movie to life.

If you or someone you know is unable to appreciate the 3D affects in movies like “Avatar” it may indicate a significant vision problem such as astigmatism, amblyopia, strabismus, or lazy eye.
