She discusses how Lyme disease or “the great mimicker” can be difficult to diagnose and treat through conventional medicine, and what she can recommend for alternative treatment. She sheds light on how multiple chronic diseases can be triggered through different reasons, and emphasizes the need for more comprehensive testing and knowing the optimal (not just normal) lab result figures for better health.
Dr. Diane also talks about the effects of loneliness and social isolation, and how pleasure should be part of your personal healthcare. As the Libido Doc, she touches on professionally understanding one’s body and pleasure receptors to combat stress and improve your overall well-being.

About Dr. Diane Mueller:
Dr. Diane Mueller grew up in Northern Virginia, facing digestive issues from a young age that conven-tional medicine couldn’t resolve. After more than a decade of searching for answers, she took matters into her own hands, earning dual doctorates in naturopathic medicine and acupuncture and Oriental medicine. Today, she runs two thriving clinical practices: one focused on Lyme Disease and the other on libido, relationships, and sexual health. Her passions include snowboarding, paddleboarding, and music.
Diane’s dedication stems from her personal health battles. In her 20s, she faced fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and brain fog, ultimately diagnosed as Lyme Disease. These experiences have instilled deep compassion and understanding for her patients. Additionally, her journey into studying human sexuali-ty and relationships began in her 20s, driven by her core value of connection. With two decades of re-search and study, Diane has become an expert in helping others build flourishing relationships. After her divorce, she committed to aiding women and couples in reconnecting and thriving. Now, she lives in Colorado, enjoying a loving relationship with her partner and his three children.

“The diagnosis is really not the end. It’s the beginning. Now we know what path we have to go down. Now we know what path we have to go down. Now we know we need to go left instead of right. But we still just started on the path.” – Dr. Diane Mueller
